PROCESS

DOP has refocused all its efforts on sourcing. With this being Procurement’s main task at hand, we reviewed every inch of our past process and removed redundancies, areas of potential bottlenecks, and any ambiguity. This resulted in us transforming a 100 step process into 23 steps.
